Day 45, Saturday, October 3, 2009

Isn't it interesting how the Universe supports us once we make a decision?
Isn't it interesting how the Universe supports us once we make a decision.

I've been "dabbling" with my company, AmericanWell-Being LLC, since March of this year.  And yet as I write about identity, identity theft, ho'oponopono and the like, I haven't identified myself as someone who has a business, works and makes money doing it even though I know about spiritual stuff and manifesting.

I mention this because with my "happy accident" I wrote about in my last blog, I am probably a million times farther along with being successful as identifying myself as a Professional Blogger than I allowed myself to be with American Well-Being.

Chances are this is perfect.  While I thought I desired to be in a business that promotes well-being, in the past six months it seems that what I would really love to do is aligned very closely with what a professional blogger does.

I also feel this seems to be a perfect answer for me in the sense that I don't feel comfortable being paid to what in my opinion amounts to helping my brother or sister children of God with their spirituality.

And I've realized much in the sense that it isn't my job to save anyone.  It isn't my job to try to convince you that my thoughts, feelings or beliefs are better than yours and so you should adopt mine.

Some of why I believe this is
1.  Abraham says it was never the intent of our souls to come here and save anyone else or judge their experience.
2.  With my Right Of Consciousness Knowledge, I understand that I am the supreme ruler of my personal consciousness and you are the supreme ruler of yours.  What seems the most loving and respectful thing for me then is to share and enjoy together with my brother and sister Supreme Rulers.

I had mentioned in a previous post that I would talk about Right of Consciousness Knowledge (R.O.C.K., as I like to refer to it) and so today seems to be the day.

The first time I feel I was introduced to the concept in a way that really resonated with me is from Alan Cohen's book, Relax Into Wealth (click here if you are interested in checking this book out for yourself).

I quote from the book,
"While it appears external rules govern who owns what, the prevailing law is the Right of Consciousness.
I must love it, know I deserve it and hold a vision for healthy, joyful use of it.  Then it comes to me easily.  When I am joined with something I truly deserve by my mental, emotional and spiritual alignment--it is mine by Universal Law.  No one can interfere.
Remember, I am under no laws but God's.  I live and love in Universal Principle here and now.  Everything I desire comes to me and stays with me by virtue of love."

As I contemplate this truth, this knowledge truly does make each of us equal.  In each moment we are able to and have access to the full potential of Divine Love Intelligence.  It seems to be the reason why each of us is just as equal and capable as the Albert Einsteins, Bill Gates, Oprahs and Dalai Lamas of the world.  This Right of Consciousness Knowledge truly evens the playing field, if we let it.  It also seems to me that it evens the playing field in the sense that nothing is better or worse, simply different...preference.

It also makes me wonder about the changes going on with the monetary system and the so-called coming 2012 stuff.  Personally, I don't know if I want to read any of those books after what happened with Y2K and they may perhaps limit what I might be able to expect to manifest for me in my life.

Anyway, with the monetary system thing, I know my knee-jerk way of thinking and believing is the way to get something is "buy it".  So, if I don't have the money NOW or don't know how to get the money soon, then instead of using Universal Law, R.O.C.K., knowing I am Supreme Ruler of my own personal consciousness universe, I'll tell myself to "get real...I can't have that."

Yet, without going into too much detail about my past creations, with seeming little monetary wealth I live a pretty wealthy life compared to the majority of the planet.

The Universe doesn't tell me "NO".  The Universe knows how to bring me what I claim via R.O.C.K.  In fact, that's all the Universe is programmed to do.  Like the biggest duplicating machine EVER, the Universe simply projects for me in the outer something that is a vibrational match to my inner or my personal consciousness.

With my new connection to Heaven on Earth LA, I continue to think about my idea of Heaven where "I make the rules and break them 'cuz I'm the best".  That's from a Prince song.  While I am not sure my idea of Heaven was ever quite that well thought out and conceived of, I'm pretty sure my idea of it didn't include money.  It simply included wanting something and getting it.

All of this brings me full circle to deciding on the first day of October, the day I said I was going to start a 40-day Fast from thinking of myself falsely and at least three times a day saying and meaning, "Thank You, God, for restoring me to the perfection from which I emanated." that I AM a Professional Blogger.  And so it is.

P.S.  I'm still cleansing currency, blessing money and the outer source it came to me from and the outer source I circulate it to; knowing I stimulate circulation by participating in circulation.  Also, proclaiming that "money works for me" (not vice-versa), which is similar to another reason why R.O.C.K. can bless your life.  Consciousness, which I feel can be interchanged with energy or Divine Love Intelligence or in the moment pure potential, works for me.  Consciousness is simply like a lump of clay until I command it with my intention and attention.  So, what kind of boss are you in your Consciousness Universe or Consciousness Kingdom or Queendom?

P.P.S.  I am also a little surprised and interested to find in one of the books I read about blogging (and thank you to those authors who taught me some great things) that some bloggers use the donate button from PayPal on their blogs asking for donations if the blog has inspired them in some way.  This is basically what I envisioned with my Inspired Giving idea that I mention at http://www.friendsofthelawofattraction.com.  I just don't know how to incorporate it into my blogs...YET.

And lastly, this initial 100-day open-heart challenge that inspired me to start blogging.  1. Thank you.  2.  Sometimes I feel like I am not really focused on opening my heart during this 100 days.  Yet, I have had so many insights and really am allowing myself to love myself more and others.  The challenge is helping me expand my definition of love.  That's something.

Day 43, Thankful Thursday, October 1, 2009

Hey all. Happy Thankful Thursday. I wonder if that is why Thanksgiving is on Thursday.

Anyway, I don't believe in accidents anymore. If I did, I might consider starting a blog called Happy Accidents.

And I would be thankful today for Happy Accidents.

I have been realizing more and more how much I love getting out with my HD Video Camera and filming stuff. It gets me out and outside my box to experience something new. So, how can I get paid for that?

In the meantime, I've been realizing from the opportunity I had to film Heaven on Earth LA's grand opening that I could use a better camera...so what would that be if I am serious and then how do I learn how to use it and what software do I use to edit with and how do I learn how to use that.

Let me back up a moment. For the $100 I paid for my current camera and the $100 I paid for the Sony Vegas Software for editing, it is a small investment for fairly good results for those who just want to be casual about it. I did find out a top of the line low-light technology Sony HD video camera for $1000 that would be just fine most likely if I still want to be more or less amateur. And in doing a bit of looking around, I found out that if you want to be a professional filmmaker, there is a $3000 Sony camera that takes everything to a new level.

What is cool is that I did want to know what that camera was and through a Happy Accident did find out? So, it helps me be thankful that when you ask, you are answered.

Still, I can't seem to find a book on working with these types of cameras to get the most out of them. No Dummies books etc. And no Dummy book on using Sony Vegas software and things to do to be more professional with your editing and also supposedly the software has the capability of allowing me to put together DVDs that can be played in a DVD player and I have no idea how to do that either.

Here's my Happy Accident. I need to find out more about using my editing software for the Heaven on Earth LA project. So, I figured of all the Barnes and Nobles I know of in LA, I'd go to the biggest one I could think of with the assumption they'd have a larger selection and just might have something I could use as a reference. Plus, I hadn't been to the Grove for a while and it is right next to the Farmers Market, which is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year. The Grove is also a sort of celebrity hangout 'cuz it is also next to CBS Television City. Why not combine a fact finding expedition with an opportunity to get some video?

Looking through the books, which I didn't find any for Sony Vegas Software to help me, I found a book on Blogging as a profession.

About a week ago with all the ads all over for the new season of Californication coming up, it popped into my head that it would be cool to come up with something called Californivacation. I love my city. I love SoCal, as we call Southern California. I could so do a video/photo blog of different places to visit in SoCal.

One of the things I have talked about before with friends is that there truly is so much more to SoCal than I feel the stereotypical traffic and Hollywood and beaches.

And so today, I started my Californivacation: SoCal Style blog. Yesterday, I was a little down for reasons that really don't even matter now and today I am back. What brings me back faster and easier than ever before is knowing I am Divine.

What I loved yesterday when I visited Stahsha, the gal who owns Heaven on Earth LA, mentioned that was awesome is reminding me we are whole beings and to be as present as possible. We are Divine Beings having human experiences. Embrace it all. And I love the idea of Heaven on Earth. Do you think that those in Heaven worry about health or wealth? At least my idea of Heaven was that everything is right with me and now I get to make my rules. Like eating all the ice cream I could ever desire to eat and always being beautiful and perfect body shape. That's what I feel about well-being.

First, we are already well-being in truth. To think/feel we are not is lying. Now that we know that nothing is wrong us how do we want it to be?

So on this awesome Thankful Thursday, I am thankful for life, for me, for my divinity, for flowing and glowing well-being, for the internet, for blogging, for loving where I live and wanting to experience and share it, for our 100-day open-heart challenge and for all of you who read this and I share life with.

Thank you. I love you.

Day 30, Friday, September 18, 2009

LOVE IS a state of being...not a choice.

Thank God for the 100-day open-heart challenge. I noticed someone else in the network had an AHA moment yesterday and I have to say mine was the above understanding.

How could I not feel glorious today? I was able to make the leap from "LOVE IS where fear is not...where fear is not IS LOVE.", which is a true statement...but sort of to the next level as it is not the entire story. LOVE IS ALWAYS PRESENT...and thus, real. Fear is simply an illusion 'cuz if you take your attention off it, you find it disappears.

So, like I said yesterday, let me off the hamster wheel. I was thinking that at this point I built stepping off into something so huge that I feel like stepping off will be like a huge drop and something to fear...like I could somehow get hurt (which is sort of silly for I am divine and eternal) only to find the step down is only an inch or so. All that fear. All that worry.

You know just like love is always present, wealth is too. Love is abundant by definition. Same with health. Same with flowing and glowing well-being.

It's always here...always.

You know I had lunch with my friend yesterday and was talking about the decision I thought I had to make and how I just couldn't understand how I could continually tell and treat someone like I love them because I do, do, do and they just couldn't believe it because of their own definition and beliefs about love.

Have you every had that happen as you say something? It's almost like I wanted to yell out, "BINGO!" or "Yahtzee!" or "Ding, ding, ding!" Love is always present, health, wealth, beauty and every good thing that describes Divine LOVE. And it's almost like I keep asking for manifestations of Divine Love to show up in my life and they are here NOW, but I am not perceiving them. So, here is Divine LOVE practically yelling, "here, I am here, see me, I love you. I've always loved you. I'll keep on loving you until the end of time, which technically is never going to happen. So, get off the treadmill 'cuz there is nothing wrong with you and there technically is no one who can take away love from you or wealth or health or beauty except you."

I'd been calling it SELF eye-dentity theft. But I wasn't trusting my own unfolding. I bet it was a year ago where I had one of those AHA moments. I still have a landline at home. I'm not entirely sure why. I continue to contemplate getting rid of it. I think it's 'cuz I like its reception and I have it connected to one of those answering machines so I can screen calls.

Anyway, one day about a year ago someone left a message for Rosie. My name is Lori. It was so easy for me to simply flat-out, 100% tell myself "that's not me!" and be done with it. Don't look back. And it occurred to me that if I wanted to get off that hamster wheel then I would use that analogy for thinking about myself as I move forward as anything but the truth of my divine self.

Remember as Rumi said, "You are not just a drop in the ocean. You are the mighty ocean in the drop."

Last night I was so jazzed up with it all I could barely sleep.

I was so inspired I created a design in my head, but decided to wait until today to create it digitally.

You know when I first got on the spiritual path and I would read things like don't watch the news and stop gossiping and stuff like that because it affects your vibe, I was so into it at the time I remember thinking "what will I talk to people about then?"

And in this new level, part of me feels like if I don't have to worry about anything anymore and I know I don't need to be "fixed" or "healed" anymore, what will I do now? And/or what will I talk about with people now?

The thoughts flowed in something to the effect that now your motivation and desires will shift from fear-based and what do I have to do to survive to experiencing simply for the joy of it. "Let me try this. That was fun. Let me try that now." And so on.

Of course, I must "pimp" my new design here.

I think it is so interesting when we stop to really look at our beliefs and the like how so many are very contradictory and really not reasonable.

It's why I loved this saying when I saw it and it seemed to "beg" me to design something around it. The fact it involves promoting PEACE didn't hurt either.

"Fighting for peace is like screwing for virginity."

Enjoy!

And P.S. I'm still cleansing currency. I'm still about inspired giving. And I have started a new blog about t-shirt designing. So, if you design t-shirts, please contact me. I'd love to feature you in the blog.

And is this a coincidence? Don't tell me Divine Love doesn't love a great "wink" to us all. Tomorrow, through a friend of a friend, I will be digitally filming the grand opening of a place for all sorts of spiritually-based activities to take place in Beverly Hills. The name of the venue, Heaven on Earth. A sign?

Love to all and Namaste.

As mentioned earlier, the shirt shown below is the same design as the shirt above but tailored to those who like the designs on their t-shirts to be a little less out there.

Day 21, Currency Cleanse Event, Wednesday, September 9, 2009

Happy 090909 to all.

I am thrilled I made it to Point Dume (pronounced Du-may, which I happily learned today before getting my video out there and mispronouncing it). I fear I was a tidge late for the technical moment the sun rose on the horizon, but I'm not sure I could have seen it and if I couldn't my camera most likely wouldn't. Although, sometimes I get a kick out of what the camera does capture for it technically has no POV and simply records what is there as is. So sometimes when I review what I've filmed I am pleasantly amazed to see something I would have otherwise missed. I digress.

I am thrilled to have put together a video which is on YouTube but also now on the http://www.friendsofthelawofattraction.com/Currency__Cleanse page. It's my sort of love letter and spin on the currency cleanse video Peggy Black did (and yes, you can still find that video on YouTube and on the friends home page for now).

I was also thrilled to do my actual currency cleanse meditation moment parked at El Porto in Manhattan Beach this morning at 09:09 AM. I sort of had a chill and simultaneous buzz as I chose this particular time to feel connected with all that is Divine and those around the globe who may have been doing the same as I in that wonderful moment of space and time.

I was also a little surprised 'cuz I didn't plan it and 'cuz something seemed different at Point Dume compared to last time I was there. No wind. Very little wave action. And no surfers. But not at El Porto. They were lined up and riding the waves. Lots of action. I wish I could have stayed longer. For someone who doesn't consider herself to have trouble sleeping, I had another two hour sleep night or should I say at least last night I got two hours before leaving for Malibu.

Plus, I find it interesting how sometimes (and I wish I could figure it out better to duplicate it better) that old saying "careful what you ask for" really rings true. I felt like I had been spending so much time inside and on the computer and was actually feeling a little sorry for myself. Now truth is I wasn't totally sad 'cuz it had been so freakin' hot out that I was happy to be inside practically blowing my fan directly on me.

I mention this 'cuz on the way back from Malibu as I was listening to the Mark and Bryan show on KLOS, there was much mention of different events going on since today is 090909. Vegas expects to have record numbers of wedding ceremonies today. Love is in the air, people. It also is the day Santa Monica chose to formally celebrate the 100th anniversary of the pier with fireworks and the whole shebang. That's right, I said shebang.

Now we all know I am not the greatest or most talented film maker (I think I'm gonna get me a book on using my Sony Vegas Movie Studio software so I can get a bit more fancy) and I actually for now like it that way 'cuz then I just shoot what I like and I don't have to care about people critiquing. Still, as I mentioned to Manny I really think I want to go and film this. I mean how often does a 100th anniversary get celebrated for something? That's right. Don't get out your calculator. Every 100 years. I have a pretty good guess that I won't be around for the next one. And who knows who on YouTube may enjoy seeing what I capture with my digital view finder.

Please understand none of this is complaining. It is all part of my remembering my journey as I traverse this 100-day open-heart challenge.

I wish you a glorious rest of the day. If you are reading this before 09:09 PM on 090909, you still have a great opportunity to participate in the currency cleanse today. Thanks to all of you who read this and all who are participating in the currency cleanse. And if it is not to woo-woo, think of how my writing this now but your reading it now somehow transcends time and space to connect us and that of all the infinite beyond imagination of possible experiences either of us could be having in our present moment of NOW, this is the one we have somehow attracted and manifested. Woo Woo!

Day 19, Labor Day 2009

Tiara Tuesday

I almost forgot and then the universe gave me a nudge. One of my FB friends' profile photog is of her wearing a tiara. I am going to be creating hub pages and squidoo lenses and think I should do one for Tiara Tuesday. It's really a state of mind...a feeling. If you wear a Tiara how do you feel? And really it is about feeling your royal Divine self that the Celtic Goddess (I was going to look this up) Dana talks about when channelled by Doreen Virtue. Tuesday 'cuz of the alliteration with Tiara.

This morning I was going to go to Point Dume in Malibu to film the sunrise and maybe do a little hike and even boogie board in the water. I left the house to late though. What's a little humorous to me is that I am not a morning person. I love being up later and sleeping in. So, one would think I maybe overslept. And I did set the alarm on my cell phone to make sure I did awake in time.

I couldn't sleep. Insomnia has never been something I've wrestled with. I usually can sleep anytime, anywhere. I am blaming it on the "challenge". I have so many ideas coming in. Well, I've always been a idea person, but I feel like these are inspired flowing and glowing well-being type of ideas. And so, if I have been entrusted with them I don't want to let them pass by. And now I realize I can make pages for Tiara Tuesday.

Anyway, so it wasn't I didn't get up in time, it was I didn't give myself enough time to get to Point Dume to feel comfortable about getting settled and in place to film before the actual sun comes up. And I'm intent on this 'cuz I already have plenty of digital images of sunset. Although, this moring as I was watching the sunrise from home, it made me think if I saw a photo of sunrise or sunset could I tell the difference. I don't know. Does it matter. I love that I my desire to do this is simply because I feel I would enjoy it.

So, Tiara Tuesday tomorrow. Why not? I mean someone came up with the Red Hat idea and look how that took off. I guess this is sort of on that same line. I also have ticket to see the Bonnie Hunt Show. I love her. Her movie, Return To Me. I love, love, love it. When I found out I was going, I watched it again but with the commentary. The movie seemed like such a labor of love and a sort of love note to the city of Chicago, where Bonnie grew up.

I don't like to be the screaming fan type. In a way I don't feel anyone deserves that sort of blind adoration. And yet, as I write this maybe we all do. However, I can admire and honor what they have created...I like that. So even though the idea for Tiara Tuesday came from watching Ellen, if I really had huevos I would get everyone together I am going with to see Bonnie's show tomorrow and we'd all wear Tiaras and we'd bring Bonnie one. So, we'll see how that goes. I mean why not, eh? No excuses. No one should be able to tell me if I can wear a tiara or not.

I think that is enough for today.

Except, of course, for my P.S. Just two more days until September 9, 2009 (090909). I'm still promoting currency cleanse. I am still for visioning and connecting with the vibration of currency and Global Fiscal Fitness flowing and glowing with well-being even beyond September 9, 2009. I think it is called maintenance. And I have already been practicing every day for the last couple of weeks. It takes maybe two minutes tops. Two minutes to cleanse and bless money, the money matrix and the fiscal fitness for the globe. Seems like a great investment to me considering that the truth is we are divine and eternal and loved and blessed and flowing and glowing with well-being. And so it is. Thank you. I love you.

Welcome

This is my blog.

How original is that?

I know...so many blogs. Why bother?

I want to record my journey, the journey that tracks my decision to participate in the 100-day open heart challenge which started on August 20, 2009. So, I am really writing this for me. I promised myself I would not get hung up on whether what I was writing was good or perfect English or anything anyone cared about. Yet, I would still put it out there and mention it on Twitter (go #TwitterPower) and just let whoever seemed attracted to be attracted in whatever way they felt attracted.

And so it is!
